The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the September Member of the Month. It is The Lord's Pantry.
The Lord's Pantry was started in 1995 by a group of local churches, businesses, and service groups in response to the growing need for clothing and food in Leon County.
The Lord's Pantry has been staffed solely by volunteers. They are open two days a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Their hours are 9am to 1pm.
The Lord's pantry exists through the generosity of donations from our community of citizens, churches, organizations, and businesses. Clean Clothing is accepted during business hours. Financial donations can be mailed to P.O.Box 584, Buffalo, Texas 75831.
The volunteers give their time and effort selflessly. But, they are always looking for more volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, stop by The Lord's Pantry and visit with their staff.
