Phil's Shaved Ice Sno Kones
Phil's Shaved Ice Sno Kones was drawn as
Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Member of the
Month award ,owned and operated by Phillip
Bounds, Phil's Sno Kones has been in operation
since 2004,having started out with only 3
flavors, strawberry banana and blue coconut,
Phil's now offers 52 flavors and is still
adding. Phil's has become a regular fixture
at the annual Buffalo Stampede for the past
six years as well as the Spring Fest and
fiddlers contest, Phil's not only serves
festivals but also does fund raisers, private
parties, and special occasions. In the past
Phil's has raised funds for Buffalo Elementary
P.T.O., American Cancer Society Relay For
Life, and has donated Sno Kones to First
Baptist Church Vacation Bible School, First
Assembly Of God Vacation Bible School, and
this summer helped raise funds for the Buffalo
Youth Organization. Phil looks forward to
choosing another Church Vacation Bible School
in the summer of 2012 for free Sno Kones.
The community of Buffalo has been very supportive
of Phil's and Phil does not mind giving back.
Phil also serves as a Board Director on the
Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, and has recently
accepted the role of Secretary for the newly
formed I-45 Corridor Committee. If you have
